Palm Pre is due out on Canada’s Bell networks this August 27th. This is great news for the decide as its user base will increase. Palm Pre continues to lack Apps as the iPhone store continues to grow.

Sprint featured Palm Pre in its April Monthly Connection Newsletter. No details about release date or pricing but it must be getting close right?
PDN – Early Release of Mojo SDK
You can apply now to get notified when an early release for the Mojo SDK. As I am excited about developing apps for the WebOS, its still not clear what its limitations might be. Also new Palm Pre video has been posted on Palm.com. It shows off Fandango and Pandora Radio Apps.
Window Mobile 6.5 preview at Mobile World Conference
Steve Ballmer showed off the new Window Mobile 6.5 OS on a HTC device. The OS looks slick and finally looks ready to compete with Palm, iPhone and Nokia. The best part is they finally got rid of the keyboard that was impossible to type with without a stylus.
The new UI looks slick and user friendly. WM6.5 will also have MyPhone online feature where you can organize your contacts/calendar etc, similar to Apple’s MobileMe.

Palm Pre specs have appeared on Sprint’s Palm Pre launch site. Looks like launch is getting closer. Rumor has it launch is March 15 according to BoyGeniusReport.com
